Return Policy

For in salon purchases, we accept exchanges only. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. All online purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Some health and personal care items are also non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Terms of Service

Our aim is to package and mail orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Shipping is complimentary with any order over $50, not including tax. No Show and Late Cancellation Policy

If you do not arrive to your scheduled appointment without notice we will charge 75% of the scheduled service cost. Last minute cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. In addition, walking out of your scheduled appointment before completion may result in a charge from 20%-100%. By scheduling a service with us and/or paying for any products or services, you agree to provide a card on file that will be securely stored in accordance with PCI compliance. By scheduling any services with us you agree to the policy listed above and agree to any charges that may be incurred. We understand that emergencies happen and each case will be evaluated fairly.
